We are introducing the new PALLADIUM gift card, which makes your shopping even more convenient. You can use the card in almost all shops and establishments in PALLADIUM (except banks, exchange offices, IQOS and TUI), and it works just like a regular payment card.  

Most stores accept the card immediately. If a store does not support magnetic stripe payments, simply digitalize the card in the Giftify app, available for iOS and Android. You can then save the card in the digital wallet on your phone and pay contactlessly with ease.  

The card can be loaded with any amount from 500 CZK to 6,000 CZK, is transferable, and makes an ideal gift for anyone who enjoys choosing for themselves.  

* The card is valid for 12 months.

* Gift cards purchased in person at the PALLADIUM Info Desk cannot be returned or cancelled once paid for. After the purchase is completed, withdrawal from the contract is not possible.

FAQ

Can I withdraw from the contract after purchasing a gift card?

Gift cards purchased in person at the PALLADIUM Information Desk cannot be returned, and their sale cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. Once the purchase is complete, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract.
Gift cards purchased through the e-shop are subject to the rules set out in the e-shop's General Terms and Conditions, including the conditions for withdrawing from a distance contract.

How can I check the current balance on my gift card?

Use your mobile phone camera to scan the QR code on the back of the card. The current balance and the card's expiry date will be displayed. You can also check the current balance on your gift card HERE: https://palladium.giftify.me/cs_CZ/
The staff at the PALLADIUM Information Desk will also be happy to help you check your balance.

Do I need to activate my gift card?

No. Physical gift cards purchased or collected at PALLADIUM are activated automatically when they are issued.

How long is the gift card valid?

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
You can check the validity at any time by scanning the QR code on the back of the card.

Where can I use the gift card?

The gift card can be used in most shops and outlets at PALLADIUM.
The card cannot be used at banks, currency exchange offices, betting shops or other financial institutions.
Gift cards are not accepted at IQOS and TUI stores.
The card cannot be used to pay parking fees.

What amount can I load onto the card?

When purchasing the gift card, you can load it once with an amount from CZK 500 to CZK 6,000.
The card cannot be topped up later or combined with other cards.

Can the validity of the gift card be extended?

No, the validity of the gift card cannot be extended.
Once the card has expired, any unused balance can no longer be used or refunded.

What should I do if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?

If there is unused credit left on the card, you can request that the balance be transferred to a new card.
You will need to present the receipt or other proof of purchase showing the card's TOKEN number.
A fee of CZK 200 is charged for issuing a new card, and it will be deducted from the card balance.
The card can also be blocked upon presentation of proof of purchase.

Can I pay with the card contactlessly?

The physical gift card does not support contactless payments. Payment is made using the magnetic stripe.
Contactless payments are only possible with the digital version of the card stored in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

 

Can the card be exchanged for cash?

No, neither the gift card nor its unused balance can be exchanged for cash.

Can I purchase gift cards for my company?

Yes. Corporate orders must be placed through the e-shop.
Payment is made by bank transfer, and the cards can be collected in person at the PALLADIUM Information Desk.

Can I use the card more than once?

Yes. You can pay with the gift card repeatedly until its balance has been fully used.
The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Can I transfer my physical card to my mobile phone?

Yes, provided the card has a scratch-off panel with a PIN code. Cards without a PIN cannot be converted to digital form and can only be used as physical cards.
You can add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet:

  • by scanning the QR code using the Giftify app,
  • by entering the card details manually.

In both cases, you will be asked to enter the PIN code, which serves as a security feature protecting the card against misuse.
