Rules and regulations for the use of the internet site www.palladiumpraha.cz
The owner and operator of the internet sites www.palladiumpraha.cz is the company Palladium Praha s. r. o., with its registered office at PALLADIUM, Na Poříčí 1079/3a , 110 00, Prague 1, Id.No.: 28452704, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 142573 , which is authorized to exercise ownership rights over these internet sites in compliance with Act No. 121/2000 Coll., Copyright Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as " the Operator").
The operator has all copyrights to the whole content posted by the Operator on websites www.palladiumpraha.cz including, but not limited to, the text, website design, technical sketches, graphics, all illustrations on these websites, as well as the selection and arrangement method of files contained in these internet sites.
When using these websites, the rights and obligations of the Operator and Users are governed by these Rules and Regulations for the use of internet sites (hereinafter referred to as "Rules and Regulations"). These Rules and Regulations apply to all persons visiting these websites (hereinafter referred to as "Users"). The user accepts these Rules and Regulations when entering any of the Operator's internet sites or by using any of the information posted on the Operator's internet sites in any way.
Publicizing any of the data or information on websites www.palladiumpraha.cz, except for this document, shall not have the nature of a legal act, unless so expressly stated in individual cases.
Collecting personal data and their use
The Operator provides access to some sections of the website www.palladiumpraha.cz dependent on the provision of some personal data of the User in accordance with the Act No.101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended. In such a case the Operator will use such data in compliance with valid and effective statutes.
By providing the stated personal data, the User accepts that the data provided within the scope of this consent, i.e. the identification and address information concerning the person of the User were processed by Operator, i.e. the company Palladium Praha s. r.o., with its registered office at PALLADIUM, Na Poříčí 1079/3a , 110 00, Prague 1, Id.No.: 28452704, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 142573, as an Administrator for the purpose of offering the services and products of the operator, sending information on the operator's activity for a period of ten years. Apart from products and services the Operator may offer to the User third party promotional and marketing data under the assumption that personal data of the User will not be disclosed to the third party.
The Operator can entrust a third party with the processing of the above mentioned personal data in the capacity of an executor. The Operator shall hereby inform the User and supply him with explicit instructions on the rights arising from Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, i.e. notably on the fact that providing personal data to the operator is voluntary, that the User is entitled to access these, is entitled to revoke the aforesaid consent anytime, and moreover is entitled to file a complaint with the Data Protection Office in case of any infringement on his rights and to demand an appropriate remedy such as refraining from such actions by the Operator, rectification of the situation so incurred, provision of an apology, carrying out of repair or addition, blocking of data, liquidation of personal data, payment of a financial compensation as well as the use of any other rights ensuing from § 11 and § 21 of this Act.
The Operator reserves the right to use or submit any data necessary for the compliance with statutes, protection of the network integrity, fulfilment of the User's request or during judicial inquiry and investigation in the public's interest.
No personal data of the User will be disclosed to a third party without the previous written consent of the User.
If the User desires to correct his personal data which the operator has about him, he may request him do so at the e-mail address email@example.com or at the above-mentioned mailing address.
Links to other websites
On the websites www.palladiumpraha.cz, links to internet sites not controlled by the Operator may be posted. If the User visits any such internet sites, he should inform himself about their personal data security. The Operator assumes no responsibility for the procedures and activities of other companies (operators).
Changes of activity regarding data protection
The Operator reserves the right to change its activity relating to data protection in any manner and at any time, whereby the updated status will always be posted on these websites and will be based on relevant statutes.

The Operator draws the User's attention to the fact that if the Operator incurs any damage in case of breach of any obligations arising from these Rules and Regulations or by reason of any unlawful action on the User's part in relation to these internet sites, it will fully claim such damages against the User.
"Cookies" is information which is transmitted from the internet onto the hard drive of the User's computer. Cookies allow the internet site to store important information facilitating its further use by the User.
Liability and jurisdiction
Any disputes arising in relation with the use of these websites shall be referred to the appropriate local court in České Budějovice according to the registered office of the Operator and in compliance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
The provisions of these conditions which become unenforceable for any reason whatsoever will be deemed as severable from the remaining provisions and will not have any effect on their validity and enforceability.
