VOUCHER NOMINAL VALUES
We offer vouchers in nominal values of 100 CZK, 500 CZK a 1 000 CZK (including VAT). You will get a gift envelope with each purchase. Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Voucher can be used in more than 135 shops and restaurants.
HOW TO PURCHASE VOUCHERS
Vouchers up to CZK 10,000
Vouchers can be purchased at the Infokiosk, (ground floor, entrance from namesti Republiky), every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (except the breaks of Infokiosk staff) in cash or by card.
Vouchers from CZK 10,000 to CZK 300,000
Vouchers can only be paid for by bank transfer. To purchase the vouchers please use the online order. After confirmation and receipt of the payment into our bank account, we will inform you when to pick up the vouchers at the PALLADIUM Infokiosk (náměstí Republiky entrance, ground floor, daily from 10 am to 8 pm).
Vouchers over CZK 300,000

PURCHASE CONDITIONS
Vouchers can be paid in cash or by card up to 10 000 CZK, in case you would like to make the order in higher amount than 10 000 CZK you must pay by bank transfer.
The voucher holders are not entitled to receive any cash back if the nominal value of the voucher is not spent entirely in one of the shops and restaurants. Forgery of the gift vouchers is criminal offence according to valid law of the Czech Republic.
